Balla Balla offer this exclusive 16-day cape buffalo/plains game classic hunting adventure. With 30+ species of plains
game on offer including puku kafue lechwe crawshays defassa waterbuck & priced as per the specie list, this safari
adventure is a dream come true.
The package includes all road travel ex: South Africa, one overnight in either Victoroia Falls or Livingstone, with
two hunters minimum on 2x1 basis. Should the group want to use a private charter ex: Livingstone into Ngoma bush
air-strip we can quote accordingly.
Hunters can also bag any additional game species at the standard listed specie price, including the rare and much sought
after sable roan leopard and a second cape buffalo trophy if chosen, and include some fishing at beautiful lake Itezhi Tezhi 60 km from the ranch.
You need to book your international flights into Johannesburg SA with a short 1-hour connect flight onwards to Polokwane where we will meet greet and transfer by road to our ranch. Your return flight needs to be booked ex: Livingstone via Johannesburg and home. The hunt begins upon the agreed arrival date @ Pietersburg airport, with the full package price to be paid upon arrival at the ranch. Should a client need to depart the ranch early or curtail the hunt for any reason, the full contract price is still applicable. Balla-Balla cannot be held responsible for any air charter or commercial flight delays or cancellation that may occur due to weather or any circumstances beyond our control. NO cancellation liability is accepted under any circumstances should there be itinarary changes delays or any other unforseen issues not of our making which may occur during the proposed safari schedule or itinarary. If using a private air charter these rates may be subject to change in the event of any increase in operating or fuel costs at the time of travel. We always endeavor to advise in advance should this occur but we are obliged to pass on any increases if applicable. The advertised specie fee for hunted or wounded animals as determined by the PH MUST all be paid prior to departing the ranch. If a client fails to get his cape buffalo trophy (excluding wounding) we refund or deduct the full specie fee as per the contract specie list Final payments at the ranch to be either Amex $US travelers cheque, $US cash, or a combination of both. We will consider payments in Euro cash but only @ our NOMINATED forex exchange rate. NO personal or bank cheques will be accepted under any circumstances. Clients must arrange appropriate personal medical accident baggage travel trip cancellation & medical evacuation insurance cover as required. We take safety measures BUT hunting & travel are not risk free, we DONT accept liability for ANY unforeseen occurrences. To formally hold a hunt date and confirm the booking a deposit being 40% of the package price plus an extra $25 forex levy must be sent by telegraphic transfer direct to a Balla-Balla Safaris nominated bank account, with any outstanding amount payable at the ranch before commencement of the hunt. Should a hunt be cancelled for any reason less than six months prior to the stated hunt date, the deposit is not refunded, if cancelled more than 6 months out 50% of the deposit is refunded.
