Our Balla Balla Conservancy is 9,300 acre and remotely situated within the beautiful Soutpansberg Mountains, offering excellant hunting with quality lodge and thatched chalets. The bushveld terrain which is rocky with hills, requires a good fitness level

Clients to book their international flight into Joburg  and 1-hr connect to Polokwane from where we arrange to meet greet and transfer clients to our lodge a 2-hour trip

The daily rates include

The services of a professional hunter tracker skinners and other associated camp staff

Meet greet & transfer by vehicle from and back to Pietersburg airport - 1 hour road trip

Full accommodation meals drinks laundry services, we provide local beer and soft drinks

Field preparation of client's hunted trophies, and delivery to our local taxidermist agent

NOT included in the daily rates

Client's international and national connecting flights and airfare cost

Rifle temporary import export permit obtained at Jo'burg airport security counter

Any government licences levies or miscellaneous fees when and if applicable @ the time

Hotel or travel and transfer costs before or after the safari at Johannesburg or any other region

Advertised specie fees of all hunted or wounded animals as determined by the Professional Hunter Guide

Clients to bring their own duty free wine and spirits or speciality drinks as required

USA passport holders can obtain their country entry visa at the border upon arrival

Medical accident baggage trip cancellation & MARS air rescue service liability cover

Miscellaneous tips and gratuities as deemed appropriate for the PH and other staff

Trophy dip pack crate export licence documentation and delivery to Jo-burg airport

Trophy FREIGHT consignement costs ex: Jo-burg airport are normally PAID COLLECT at your home entry port or delivery location

All your local home based taxidermist or clearing agent fees import licences documentation and miscellaneous applicable charges

  Terms Of Business - note carefully  

    To formally hold a hunt date and confirm the booking we require a 50% deposit plus $30 local bank forex levy telegraphic transfered
    into Balla-Balla Safaris nominated bank account, with the remaining amount payable at the ranch before commencement of the hunt
    Should a hunt be cancelled for any reason less than six months prior to a stated hunt date that deposit is not refunded. If cancelled
    more than 6 months out then 50% of the deposit amount will be refunded.

    The hunt begins upon an agreed arrival date at Polokwane or the ranch,  with the full package price or daily rates paid upon arrival
    Should a client need to depart the ranch early or curtail the hunt for any reason the full contracted price payment is still applicable

    Balla-Balla cannot be held responsible for any flight delays or cancellation which may occur due to weather or any circumstances
    beyond our control. No cancellation liability will be accepted under any circumstances should there be any changes delays or other

    The advertised specie fees for all hunted or wounded animals as determined by the PH MUST all be paid prior to departing the ranch.

    Final payments at the ranch must be by Amex $US travelers cheque, $US cash or a combination of both. We may accept Euro cash
    in notes, but only at our NOMINATED forex exchange rate. NO personal or bank cheques will be accepted under any circumstances

    Clients arrange their own appropriate medical accident baggage travel trip cancellation/medi evacuation insurance cover as required
    Hunting & travel are not without risk, we take necessary safety measures but DONT accept liability for ANY unforeseen occurrences
