SAFARI CLAIM & LIABILITY - Medical - Accident - Travel - Misc :

Balla Balla Safaris and staff endevour to provide clients with the best advice, safety, and service possible, however hunting, wildlife safaris, and road travel are in the high risk category, therefore we strongly recommend all clients arrange their own personal medical, accident, travel and / or trip cancellation insurance, and where applicable air rescue insurance cover.

Emergencies and flight delays do occur. It is important to arrange appropriate insurance cover. Malaria & other infections are prevalent in certain areas, always see your doctor for advice and innoculations prior to your departure.

Balla Balla Safaris the company, & all staff or sub agents & personel associated directly or indirectly with the company are not liable for misfortune or legal claims which may occur during the cource of a hunting safari and or any business pertaining to the company. We recommend third parties for accommodation, travel, and other services directly or indirectly related to the safari, this is done and recommended in good faith, we have no control over third party actions.

Balla Balla Safaris & associated staff will take all reasonable steps expected to ensure the clients safety at all times, but we cannot insure against miscellaneous occurances & therefore dont accept any liability or claims against Balla Balla Safaris and or their staff or representatives worldwide under any circumstances. WE strongly recommend clients arrange full and appropriate insurance cover commesurate with the risks involved.
