Our hunting season at Dendro Park Ranch is from from May through September/early October.
At Dendro Park private hunting ranch we offer our (7-day "cape buffalo") special hunting package, which is (5-days hunting) plus the arrive and depart day.
Included within this package price is (one only) cape buffalo bull animal. An additional second cape buffalo bull specie can optionally be added on with some basic plains game as
extra, all at the standard specie fee per animal. Plains game that CANT be included in these 5/7-day packages are Sable Roan Kafue Lechwe and Livingstone
Eland. These PRIME game species can ONLY be taken ON our special 7/9 day package.
Our special (7/9-day buffalo/plains package) is 7-days hunting plus the arrive and depart day, it allows for cape buffalo and ALL PRIME plains game species including
(Sable Roan Livingstone Eland & Kafue Lechwe) to be taken. The special package price for this 7/9 day hunt is: $13,750 1x1 or $13,200 2x1 PLUS standard specie fee for all animals taken and/or wounded.
Upon arrival in Livingstone you have the choice to either overnight there on the way in and rest up at the world famous
Victoria Falls OR connect with our private one hour air charter flight ex:Livingstoine to Ngoma bush airstrip, with
an afternoon arrival @ the ranch
If you prefer to overnight upon arrival in Livingstone then you would take our private charter flight out to Ngoma at
around 08:30 the following morning with arrival at the ranch before lunch. You can also option a second overnight in Livingstone
after the hunt is over to take in some more sightseeing or ventures prior to connecting with a commercial flight out from Livingstone back to Johannesburg
The standard air charter flight out from Livingstone to Ngoma is 3 passenger max + the pilot & 12 kg luggage pp in soft bags,
rifles in soft gun cases. If more than three passengers we need to then option (if avilable) the 5-seater plane for the group.

The hunt begins upon the agreed arrival date @ Livingstone airport or ranch, with the full package price or
total daily rates paid upon arrival. Should a client (for any reason) depart the ranch early or curtail the hunt, the
full contract price is still applicable.
Balla-Balla cannot be held responsible for a charter delay or cancellation that may occur due to weather or other
circumstances beyond our control. NO cancellation liability accepted under any circumstances should there be any changes delays or other.
The air charter rates may be subject to change in the event of any increase in the operating or fuel costs at the time of
travel. We always endeavor to advise in advance should this occur but we are obliged to pass on any increases as and if applicable.
The advertised specie fees for all hunted or wounded animals as determined by the PH MUST all be paid prior to departing
the ranch. If a client on our cape buffalo special package hunt fails to get his buffalo trophy ( excluding wounding ) we
will refund or deduct the full specie fee as advertised in the contract or on our webpage specie list.
Final payments at the ranch must be by Amex $US travelers cheque, $US cash or a combination of both. We may accept
Euro cash notes @ our NOMINATED forex exchange rate. NO personal or bank cheques will be accepted under any circumstances.
Clients to arrange appropriate medical accident baggage travel trip cancellation & medi evacuation insurance cover as
required. We take necessary safety measures, hunting & travel are dangerous, we DONT accept liability for ANY unforeseen occurrences.
To formally hold a hunt date and confirm the booking a deposit being 40% of the basic package price or daily rates plus an
extra $25 forex levy must be sent by telegraphic transfer direct to a Balla-Balla Safaris nominated bank account with any
outstanding amount payable at the ranch before commencement of the hunt. Should a hunt be cancelled for any reason less
than six months prior to the stated hunt date, the deposit is not refunded, if cancelled more than 6
months out 50% of the deposit is refunded.

DAY 1 - arrival in Livingstone:
Clients will be met at Livingstone airport and transfered to their overnight accommodation at either the Zambezi Sun or the Royal Livingstone VIP hotel, we arrange and pre-pay for the hotel bookings. Transfers will be paid direct by the clients to the company.
OR clients can charter into Ngoma airstrip that arrival afternoon in Livingstone and they will then be in camp by mid/late afternoon so that is enough time to settle into camp and sight in rifles before nightfall. The following morning hunting will commence and continue for 5-days with departure back to Ngoma on the morning of day-7
DAY 2 - 6 :
Early morning transfer from the hotel accommodation to Livingtone airport & the charter flight to Ngoma bush airstrip with arrival at Ngoma around 9.30am. Our PH Dene Bird will meet the clients at Ngoma and transfer to Dendro Park camp with arrival at 11:00 am. Hunting "cape buff" begins on this second day and continues for the following four full days. Game viewing opportunities & wildlife photography can be arranged for any observer guests
DAY 7 :
Depart from the ranch early morning after breakfast bound for Ngoma and your charter flight back to Livingstone
with either an overnight in Livingstone or transfer to your scheduled BA Comair connect flight back via Jo'burg to home.
