Terms Of Business - note carefully

To formally hold a hunt date and confirm the booking we require 50% deposit plus $30 Zambia bank forex levy telegraphic transfered
into Balla-Balla Safaris nominated bank account, with the remaining amount payable at the ranch before commencement of the hunt
Should a hunt be cancelled for any reason less than six months prior to a stated hunt date that deposit is not refunded. If cancelled
more than 6 months out then 50% of the deposit amount will be refunded.

The hunt begins upon an agreed arrival date at Livingstone or the ranch, with the full package price or daily rates paid upon arrival
Should a client need to depart the ranch early or curtail the hunt for any reason the full contracted price payment is still applicable

Balla-Balla cannot be held responsible for any charter delays or cancellation which may occur due to weather or any circumstances
beyond our control. No cancellation liability will be accepted under any circumstances should there be any changes delays or other
The air charter rate may be subject to change in the event of any unforseen increase in operating or fuel costs at the time of travel

The advertised specie fees for all hunted or wounded animals as determined by the PH MUST all be paid prior to departing the ranch.
If client's on our cape buffalo special package hunt fail to get their buffalo trophy (excluding wounding)  we would refund or deduct
the full specie fee as advertised in their contract or on our webpage specie list

Final payments at the ranch must be by Amex $US travelers cheque, $US cash or a combination of both. We may accept Euro cash
in notes, but only at our NOMINATED forex exchange rate. NO personal or bank cheques will be accepted under any circumstances

Clients arrange their own appropriate medical accident baggage travel trip cancellation/medi evacuation insurance cover as required
Hunting & travel are not without risk, we take necessary safety measures but DONT accept liability for ANY unforeseen occurrences

Zambia 7 day hunting safari package - the itinarary schedule logistics

Flight from JNB / Your arrival at Livingstone airport and ovenight stay

Clients whom option to overnight in Livingstone prior to their hunt need to arrange transfers to their overnight accommodation at the
Zambezi Sun or the Royal Livingstone VIP hotel, with all associated transfers and accommodations costs to the clients own account
Clients need to pre-book and schedule their charter flight Livingstone to Ngoma for around 11:30am after booking out from the hotel

Day 1 / Flight from JNB / Livingstone to Ngoma charter - the arrival day

The clients not overnighting in Livingstone can charter direct to Ngoma airstrip upon their arrival, they will then be at Dendro Park by
late afternoon to settle into camp, sight in their rifles and relax around the campfire. This day is called the (non-hunting) arrival day

DAYS 2 - 6 / The scheduled 5-day hunting safari at Dendro Park Ranch

Hunting commences & continues for 5-days with departure to Ngoma after the hunt is over following breakfast on the morning of day-7

DAY 7 / The departure day and charter flight ex: Ngoma to Livingstone

Depart from the ranch early in the morning after breakfast bound for Ngoma airstrip to take the charter plane flight back to Livingstone
You can then either overnight in Livingstone or transfer direct to your scheduled international connect flight back via Jo'burg and home
