The camp was originally built in the late 1970s for visiting heads of state and has since been carefully maintained and upgraded to ensure a comfortable and luxurious safari experience while preserving its original character. Situated in a scenic mountain valley in the heart of the Soutpansberg Mountains, the conservancy camp offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The central dining area overlooks the beautiful mountain range and provides a relaxed and welcoming space for guests.
The dining area features an open-plan design beneath a fully enclosed thatched roof. A fireplace is positioned at the front edge outside the dining area, creating the perfect setting to enjoy evenings under the African sky. Guest accommodation consists of three separate luxury chalets, each with en-suite bathrooms. The chalets are tastefully decorated in an African style and fitted with comfortable bedding and full electricity to ensure a relaxed and convenient stay.
